Prime Bank PLC., a leading financial institution committed to innovation and customer-centric financial solutions, has signed a partnership with Dhaka Ahsania Mission. Recently a signing ceremony was held between these two organizations at bank’s Gulshan Corporate Office.
Under the agreement, Prime Bank will collect deposits under the `Sadaqah Jariyah’ Account and invest them based on the Mudaraba principle, ensuring ethical and Shariah-compliant financial growth. The accumulated profits will be allocated to Dhaka Ahsania Mission at agreed timelines, strictly following established guidelines. Dhaka Ahsania Mission, in turn, will ensure the funds are utilized exclusively for charitable and welfare purposes, reinforcing a commitment to long-term social impact. This initiative aims to promote continuous giving while fostering economic and social development in Bangladesh.
Md. Nazeem A. Choudhury, Deputy Managing Director of Prime Bank PLC. and Prof. Dr. Golam Rahman Ph.D, President of Dhaka Ahsania Mission took part in signing ceremony on behalf of their respective organizations. Syed Ibne Shariar, VP and Head of Islamic Banking division of Prime Bank and Engr. A.F.M Gholam Sharfuddin, General Secretary of Dhaka Ahsania Mission and other senior officials from both organizations were also present.
প্রাইম ব্যাংক ও ঢাকা আহছানিয়া মিশন-এর মধ্যে চুক্তি সাক্ষর

দাতব্য কাজ পরিচালনা করতে ঢাকা আহছানিয়া মিশন-এর সাথে চুক্তি স্বাক্ষর করেছে শীর্ষস্থানীয় আর্থিক প্রতিষ্ঠান প্রাইম ব্যাংক পিএলসি.। সম্প্রতি ব্যাংকের গুলশান কর্পোরেট অফিসে আয়োজিত এক অনুষ্ঠানে এই দুই প্রতিষ্ঠানের মধ্যে আনুষ্ঠানিক চুক্তি স্বাক্ষরিত হয়।
চুক্তির আওতায়, প্রাইম ব্যাংক ‘সাদাকাহ্ জাহিয়াহ্’ অ্যাকাউন্টের মাধ্যমে গ্রাহকরদের কাছ থেকে আমানত সংগ্রহ করবে এবং মুদারাবা নীতির ভিত্তিতে বিনিয়োগ করবে, যা ইসলামী শরীয়াহসম্মত এবং নৈতিকভাবে গ্রহণযোগ্য আর্থিক প্রবৃদ্ধি নিশ্চিত করবে। বিনিয়োগ থেকে অর্জিত মুনাফা নির্ধারিত সময় ও নীতিমালার ভিত্তিতে ঢাকা আহছানিয়া মিশন-এ প্রদান করা হবে। ঢাকা আহছানিয়া মিশন এই তহবিলকে শুধুমাত্র দাতব্য ও জনকল্যাণমূলক কাজে ব্যয়ের নিশ্চয়তা প্রদান করবে, যা দেশের সামাজিক ও অর্থনৈতিক উন্নয়নে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রাখবে।
প্রাইম ব্যাংক পিএলসি.-এর ডেপুটি ম্যানেজিং ডিরেক্টর মো. নাজিম এ. চৌধুরী এবং ঢাকা আহছানিয়া মিশন -এর প্রেসিডেন্ট অধ্যাপক ড. গোলাম রহমান-পিএইচডি নিজ নিজ প্রতিষ্ঠানের পক্ষে চুক্তিতে স্বাক্ষর করেন। এ সময় আরও উপস্থিত ছিলেন- প্রাইম ব্যাংকের ইসলামি ব্যাংকিং বিভাগের প্রধান ও ভাইস প্রেসিডেন্ট সৈয়দ ইবনে শাহরিয়ার; ঢাকা আহছানিয়া মিশন-এর জেনারেল সেক্রেটারি ইঞ্জিনিয়ার গোলাম সরফুদ্দিন এবং উভয় প্রতিষ্ঠানের ঊর্ধ্বতন কর্মকর্তারা।
